Terms & Conditions

1. Any swimmer he or she who has completed his or her age of 25 Years as on 31st Dec of the year of championship i.e this year 2026 can participate in Masters Swimming Championship. Any person whose birthdate falls on or after 02.01.2002 will not be eligible for Swimming Championship 2026.
2. It is notified as WARNING that, Only well prepared & medically fit competitors should enter the 26th Maharashtra State Masters Swimming Championship 2026.
3. Every participant should know & understand that how much risky is the efforts that he is going to perform and he or she is participating on his or her own responsibilities.
4. Any person willing to participate in Maharashtra state Masters Swimming Championship 2026, has to register his name on line by filling up REGISTRATION FORM & pay amount of Registration fee. He will have to choose at least one event and maximum four events from listed events in PC EVENTS ENTRY FORM & will have to pay event entry fee, through online payment mode mentioned.
5. Filling of two different forms of Registration & event entry completely and payment of both the fee simultaneously, is compulsory for activation.
6. Participant’s Pre competition REGISTRATION is necessary for your entry in listed events and even for SPOT entries events such as FREE STYLE RELAY, MIDLEY RELAY. So get your name REGISTERED now and have a chance to participate even in SPOT entries of above events also.
7. Participants are requested to note that, once he or she has submitted their Registration & Events form & paid respective fee for the same, it will not be cancelled for any reasons what so ever may be, NO refund of amount of fee will be done by the organisers.
8. Amount of fee paid is non-transferable and will not be treated for fee of any other participant.
9. Participants should also note that, once your name is registered with us after completing the process of form filling, payment of Registration fee, submission & acceptance, you will be registered participant of our association.
10. Participant should also to note that, your Registration is valid for this Masters Swimming Championship 2026 only. Registered participants will have to RENEW their registration for any next competition to be organised by MSVAA by payment of regular registration fee only. You will have to keep noted only your Permanent Registration Number so generated.
11. Events entries will not be accepted without payment of Registration & Entry Fees.
12. All competitors should normally be resident of the district/State they are representing for at least six months prior to commencement of Championship.

Rules & Regulations

1. IMPORTANT – Participants should please note that, while coming to competition, you will have to bring with you print/photo copy of YOUR PC ENTRY FORM /RECEIPT and original photo ID proof card having Date of Birth mentioned, for verification purposes.
2. After reaching to venue of competition, Participants will have to register their names personally at REGISTRATION counter, for confirmation of their attendance and verification purpose. All participants are requested to collect their PC EVENTS ENTRY TICKET, which you have to show as and when you are asked to do so during this swimming championship event.
3. Swimmers are requested to participate in their AGE GROUP events only and represent their own DISTRICT/STATE of residence.
4. Competition will be conducted on time trial basis. No final will be conducted. The prizes will be given to the first three places according to their best timing.
5. For each event minimum THREE competitors are required. Non availability of the minimum competitors to any event, may be stand as cancelled. No Refund of such event fee paid.
6. Participants swimmer is allowed to participate in maximum FOUR individual listed events and THREE Diving Events. For Relay and Medlay, Swimmer can take part in maximum FOUR teams. Any Districts can form maximum FOUR teams each in Relay and Medlay, but not more than one team in one age group.
7. DECISION TAKEN BY THE REFEREES IS FINAL AND BINDING TO ALL.
8. To Protest, fee is Rs. 300/-.Competitors shall have to take objection within 30 minutes after the event. Decision taken by jury of appeal will be final and binding. Competitors protesting the decisions of the official on duty either in writing or verbally or using indecent language will be banned to participate further.
9. Swimmers are requested to be present TEN minutes before the commencement of the event at the place of their event to participate.
10. Organisers & team of referees reserves the right to change the pattern of conduct of any event say combined age group event in one stroke or even cancel any event for non-fulfilling the criteria of minimum required entries in one age group.
11. For freestyle Relay & Medley Relay no district can represent more than one team in one age group. No swimmer can take part in Relay events, in teams more than two times each in Free Relay & Medley Relay.
12. Organisers at any time, reserve the right to change, add or delete any part of these rules & regulations for smooth and peaceful conduct of competition.
13. All the members of District and State Association are permitted to participate in competition championship event 2026. T & C and Rules and Regulation are applicable for them also.
14. All the terms and conditions and Rules and Regulation applicable to all the participants’ swimmers taking part in competition championship event 2026.
15. Organising committee will not be responsible for any loss or damages to life and belongings of the participants.
16. The participants are requested to follow Rules & Regulations and the instructions, given time to time meticulously. Organisers expect your full cooperation so that you can enjoy your participation to optimum extent and championship event 2026 too.
