Any person whose birthdate falls on or after 02.01.2002 will not be eligible for Swimming Championship 2026.\n It is notified as WARNING that\, Only w ell prepared &\; medically fit competitors should enter the 26th Mahara shtra State Masters Swimming Championship 2026.\n Every participant shoul d know &\; understand that how much risky is the efforts that he is goi ng to perform and he or she is participating on his or her own responsibil ities.\n Any person willing to participate in Maharashtra state Masters S wimming Championship 2026\, has to register his name on line by filling up REGISTRATION FORM &\; pay amount of Registration fee. He will have to choose at least one event and maximum four events from listed events in PC EVENTS ENTRY FORM &\; will have to pay event entry fee\, through onlin e payment mode mentioned.\n Filling of two different forms of Registratio n &\; event entry completely and payment of both the fee simultaneously \, is compulsory for activation.\n Participant’s Pre competition REGIST RATION is necessary for your entry in listed events and even for SPOT entr ies events such as FREE STYLE RELAY\, MIDLEY RELAY. So get your name REGIS TERED now and have a chance to participate even in SPOT entries of above e vents also.\n Participants are requested to note that\, once he or she ha s submitted their Registration &\; Events form &\; paid respective f ee for the same\, it will not be cancelled for any reasons what so ever ma y be\, NO refund of amount of fee will be done by the organisers.\n Amoun t of fee paid is non-transferable and will not be treated for fee of any o ther participant.\n Participants should also note that\, once your name i s registered with us after completing the process of form filling\, paymen t of Registration fee\, submission &\; acceptance\, you will be registe red participant of our association.\n Participant should also to note tha t\, your Registration is valid for this Masters Swimming Championship 2026 only. Registered participants will have to RENEW their registration for a ny next competition to be organised by MSVAA by payment of regular registr ation fee only. You will have to keep noted only your Permanent Registrati on Number so generated.\n Events entries will not be accepted without pay ment of Registration &\; Entry Fees.\n All competitors should normally be resident of the district/State they are representing for at least six months prior to commencement of Championship.\n\nRules &\; Regulations\ n\n IMPORTANT - Participants should please note that\, while coming to co mpetition\, you will have to bring with you print/photo copy of YOUR PC EN TRY FORM /RECEIPT and original photo ID proof card having Date of Birth me ntioned\, for verification purposes.\n After reaching to venue of competi tion\, Participants will have to register their names personally at REGIST RATION counter\, for confirmation of their attendance and verification pur pose. All participants are requested to collect their PC EVENTS ENTRY TICK ET\, which you have to show as and when you are asked to do so during this swimming championship event.\n Swimmers are requested to participate in their AGE GROUP events only and represent their own DISTRICT/STATE of resi dence.\n Competition will be conducted on time trial basis. No final will be conducted. The prizes will be given to the first three places accordin g to their best timing.\n For each event minimum THREE competitors are re quired. Non availability of the minimum competitors to any event\, may be stand as cancelled. No Refund of such event fee paid.\n Participants swim mer is allowed to participate in maximum FOUR individual listed events and THREE Diving Events. For Relay and Medlay\, Swimmer can take part in maxi mum FOUR teams. Any Districts can form maximum FOUR teams each in Relay an d Medlay\, but not more than one team in one age group.\n DECISION TAKEN BY THE REFEREES IS FINAL AND BINDING TO ALL.\n To Protest\, fee is Rs. 30 0/-.Competitors shall have to take objection within 30 minutes after the e vent. Decision taken by jury of appeal will be final and binding. Competit ors protesting the decisions of the official on duty either in writing or verbally or using indecent language will be banned to participate further. \n Swimmers are requested to be present TEN minutes before the commenceme nt of the event at the place of their event to participate.\n Organisers &\; team of referees reserves the right to change the pattern of conduc t of any event say combined age group event in one stroke or even cancel a ny event for non-fulfilling the criteria of minimum required entries in on e age group.\n For freestyle Relay &\; Medley Relay no district can re present more than one team in one age group. No swimmer can take part in R elay events\, in teams more than two times each in Free Relay &\; Medle y Relay.\n Organisers at any time\, reserve the right to change\, add or delete any part of these rules &\; regulations for smooth and peaceful conduct of competition.\n All the members of District and State Associati on are permitted to participate in competition championship event 2026. T &\; C and Rules and Regulation are applicable for them also.\n All the terms and conditions and Rules and Regulation applicable to all the parti cipants’ swimmers taking part in competition championship event 2026.\n Organising committee will not be responsible for any loss or damages to l ife and belongings of the participants.\n The participants are requested to follow Rules &\; Regulations and the instructions\, given time to ti me meticulously.
