Any swimmer he or she w ho has completed his or her age of 25 Years as on 31st Dec of   the year of championship ie. this year 2024 can participate in  Masters Swimming C hampionship. Any person whose birth date falls on or after 02.01.2000 will not be eligible for Swimming Championship 2024.\n\n2. It is notified as W ARNING that\, Only well prepared &\; medically fit competitors should e nter the 25th Maharashtra State Masters Swimming Championship 2024.Every p articipant should know &\; understand that how much risky is the effort s that he is going to perform and he or she is participating on his or her own responsibilities.\n\n3.Any person willing to participate in Maharasht ra state Masters Swimming Championship 2024\, has to register his name on line by filling up REGISTRATION FORM &\; pay amount of Registration fee . He will have to choose at least one event and maximum four events from l isten events in PC EVENTS ENTRY FORM &\; will have to pay event entry f ee\, through online payment mode mentioned.\n\n4. Filling of two different forms of Registration &\; event entry completely and payment of both t he fee simultaneously is compulsory for activation .\n\n5. Participant’s Pre competition REGISTRATION is necessary for your entry in listed events and even for SPOT entries events such as FREE STYLE RELAY\, MIDLAY RELAY &\; DIVING. So get your name REGISTERED now and have a chance to partic ipate even in SPOT entries of above events also.\n\n6. Participants are re quested to note that\, once he or she has submitted their Registration &am p\; Events form &\; paid respective fee for the same\, it will not be c ancelled for any reasons what so ever may be \, NO refund of amount of fee will be done by the organizers.\n\n7. Amount of fee paid is nontransferab le and will not be treated for fee of any other Participant.\n\n8. Partici pants should also note that\, once your name is registered with us after c ompleting the process of form filling\, payment of Registration fee\, subm ission &\; acceptance\, you will be registered participant of our assoc iation.\n\n9. Participant should also to note that\, your Registration is valid for this Masters Swimming Championship 2024 only. Registered partici pants will have to RENEW their registration for any next competition to be organized by MSVAA by payment of regular registration fee only. You will have to keep noted only your Permanent Registration Number so generated.\n \n10. Events entries will not be accepted without payment of Registration &\; Entry Fees.\n\n11.  All competitors should normally be resident of the district/State they are representing for at least six months prior to commencement of Championship.\n\n \;\n\n RULES &\; REGULATIONS\n\ n1. IMPORTANT-Participants should please note that\,while coming to compet ition\,you will have to bring with you print/photo copy of YOUR PC ENTRY F ORM /RECEIPT and original photo ID proof card having DOB mentioned\, for v erification purposes.\n\n2. After reaching to venue of competition\,Partic ipants will have to register their names personally at REGISTRATION counte r\,for confirmation of their attendance and verification purpose. All part icipants are requested to collect their PC EVENTS ENTRY CARD\, which you h ave to show as and when you are asked to do so during this swimming champi onship event.\n\n3. Swimmers are requested to participate in their AGE GRO UP events only and represent their own DISTRICT/STATE of residence.\n\n4. Any cost of TRAVELLING &\; conveyance charges incurred by you will NOT be paid by the organizers and it will have to be borne by the participants themselves. No TA &\; DA will be paid to any participant.\n\n5. Organi zers will provide accommodation for two days of competition ie at Nagpur o n 21st &\; 22nd Sept 2024. However if you wish\, you can make your own lodging arrangement at your own cost and convenience.\n\n6. .Arrangements of your Tea\, Break Fast\, Lunch &\; Dinners for TWO DAYS of competitio n will be available for participants at NO COST.(FREE)\n\n7. Competition w ill be conducted on time trial basis.No final will be conducted.The prizes will be given to the first three places according to their best timing.\n \n8. For each event minimum THREE competitors are required.Non availabilit y of the minimum competitors to any event\,then such event shall stand as cancelled.Refund of such event fee paid will NOT be entertained.\n\n9. Swi mmer is allowed to take part in maximum FOUR Individual events and Relay & amp\; Diving. For each event maximum Four entries will be accepted for the District .For convenience spot entry may please be avoided\,if not double fees will have to be paid.\n\n10. DECISION TAKEN BY THE REFEREES IS FINAL AND BINDING.\n\n11.To Protest\,fee is Rs 300/-.Competitors shall have to take objection within 30 minutes after the event.Decision taken by jury of appeal will be final and binding.\n\n12. Organizing committee will not be responsible for any loss or damages to life and belongings of the partici pants.\n\n13.Competitors protesting the decisions of the official on duty either in writing or verbally or using indecent language will be banned to participate further.\n\n14.Swimmers are requested to be present at the pl ace of their event to participate\, TEN minutes before the commencement of the event.\n\n15.The participants are requested to follow Rules &\; Re gulations and the instructions\, given time to time meticulously.
